Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou is the youngest of four children born August 9th, 1976 from Beaumont Puy of Domme. Since a young age, her dentist doctor parents as well as her teacher mother encouraged her passion of theater and drama. It was this love that overshadowed her initial wish to be an animal scientist. As a young woman the rise to fame was quick and accompanied by the beginning of her recognition and success. It was only at the age of 1999 when she started acting professionally. In the years following her studies, Tautou was a participant in the French TV show that scouts talent Jeunes Premiers. Tautou is a pupil of in the Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris when she was a kid and studied there at an early age, has disavowed her Catholic childhood. The actress declares herself to be non-Catholic. Alongside her acting profession, she has is also pursuing modelling. She modelled in the commercials for L'Oreal Mont Blanc, Chanel and is known as "The Chanel Muse". Also, she has an intense interest in photography and recently produced an exhibition of her work at the Arles Festival, titled Superficial. Her photography largely focuses on the spotlight and celebrities and focuses the camera on the media who sat on her shoulders after her meteoric rise to stardom in the film Amelie and several self-portraits. Audrey Tautou rose to fame and fame with her starring role in Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain. Amelie is undoubtedly a huge box office smash internationally and praised at many award shows around the world. Amelie is the most successful French-language film in the US. The success of this movie brought Tautou into a wide range of roles, including British dramas such as Dirty Pretty Things by Stephen Knight and Jean Pierre Jeunet to Hollywood's The Da Vinci Code with Tom Hanks.
